The first pay-per-view event from All Elite Wrestling will be presented this Sunday night in the form of AEW Revolution 2023. The final two matches for the event have been announced during this week’s episode of AEW Rampage which includes a massive stipulation match.

Christian Cage has been involved in a heated feud with Jungle Boy Jack Perry. Things turned personal between Cage and Perry after Christian made countless comments about Jack’s deceased father Luke, who passed away in 2019 at only the age of just 52 years. This also set up a match at AEW’s All Out pay-per-view back in September where Christian defeated Perry.

AEW Revolution 2023: The Final Burial And Zero Hour Match Announced 1

At AEW Revolution 2023, this Sunday night, they’ll finally have their rematch but Perry added a more specific stipulation into the contest. He appeared in a strange vignette on Rampage where he declared, “After everything you have done to me, there are going to be consequences. Grave consequences.”

Perry then added that AEW Revolution 2023 will mark Christian’s “final burial,” as he intends to bury him in the ground. At All Out, the former WWE Superstar got the better of “Jungle Boy” following a heel turn by Perry’s tag team partner, Luchasaurus. Now, Perry seeks revenge against the former two-time WWE World Heavyweight Champion.

Another announcement was there in Rampage regarding the Zero Hour (the kick-off pre-show) of AEW Revolution 2023 where Varsity Athletes and Ari Daivari will take on Mark Briscoe and The Lucha Brothers in a six-man tag team trios match.
