Earlier this year, it was at the Double or Nothing pay-per-view event that Sammy Guevara and Tay Melo officially announced that they are expecting a baby, possibly by the end of this year. The couple has since shared a video on Guevara’s YouTube channel, noting that they will welcome a baby girl, thus revealing the gender of the baby.
During this time around, Tay Melo and Sammy have also been sharing clips from their life as they’re gearing up to become parents at a very young age. They found love all of a sudden in 2022 which did garner backlash among the fans but they certainly didn’t care about others’ opinions and opted to live life on their terms.

This is also the exact same reason that the couple didn’t even bother to bring in so many names for their wedding, last year. Tay Melo had the chance to address their small marriage ceremony amid only close friends during an appearance on Hey! (EW). Upon getting asked by host RJ City why he wasn’t invited, she had the following to offer,
“Am I supposed to be honest? I didn’t like you, okay, but I changed my mind.”

The host then also asked how the process went as they decided who to invite. At that point, the couple was generating massive heat on TV, from fans and even the members of the roster alike. That heat was also channeled on the reality series, AEW: All Access. Tay Melo hence mentioned that it was easy for them to drop names from the guests’ list,
“As you said, not many people liked us, so super easy.”
AEW’s Tay Melo and Sammy Guevara tied the knot in August 2022, seven months after they made their relationship public via a post on social media on New Year’s Eve of that year. Their wedding was attended by the likes of Tony Khan, Shawn Dean, and WWE star Nikki Cross, but it’s a fact that some of the top names from the AEW roster were omitted.
Before tying the knot with Tay Melo also known as Tay Conti on AEW TV, Guevara ended his engagement with his former fiancé, Pam Nizio. Both Guevara and Conti faced harassment from fans as they got entered the new relationship.
