Looks like WWE have to be more attentive when it comes to the security of the superstars as this mishap looks quite often these days and this time the victim is none but the champ himself, Sheamus.
As per reports are coming the brand new WWE World Heavyweight champion was hit on his head by a thrown bottle by a ringside fan when the live event was taking place on Sunday night. It took place at Huntington, West Virginia.
It was during his hard-fought main event match with Roman Reigns when the bottle was thrown towards him. Obviously he was taken aback by the sudden hit but fortunately that did not lead him or Reigns into any harm or injury.

Eyewitnesses are saying that immediate actions were taken by the authorities and officials present in the ring and the fan was detained from the ring. Primarily the view is that this is one isolated attack and no confirmed news has come whether the fan was inebriated or not. Due to WWE’s security policy the fan will not be allowed in any of the company’s live event anytime soon.
This is not the first time that this kind of attack took place this year. Earlier one same thing happened with Sheamus’ opponent Roman Reigns a few months ago. It was during a live event in Australia when he was involved in a match against Bray Wyatt, a fan decided to throw a replica ‘Money in the Bank’ briefcase to him. The Samoan was left stunned for sometimes from that attack. Though, that incident too did not cause any injury.
