The Biggest Wrestlemania Match of All-Time is upon us as Brock Lesnar will take on Roman Reigns on April 3rd in the main event of Wrestlemania 38. This will be a Champion vs. Champion unification match where both WWE and Universal Championships will be on the line. It appears that these two will have some sort of physical confrontations before the matchup happens.
WWE Champion Brock Lesnar kicked off this week’s SmackDown from the Legacy Arena in Birmingham, Alabama and he was visibly angry about Reigns busting him open at the Madison Square Garden live event, this past weekend. The Beast admitted that he wanted blood for blood before calling out Reigns. Instead, Paul Heyman came out.

Heyman noted that Brock Lesnar got bled by The Bloodline and got smashed by The Tribal Chief. Heyman then informed that Roman wasn’t there on Smackdown to which his former client responded with a question by saying who will save Heyman? Heyman then ran to the backstage area while the WWE Champion gave him a chase.

Brock Lesnar to get The Bloodline on Smackdown, next week
Brock Lesnar dropped the mic, exit the ring, and then rushed to the stage as Heyman ran away to the back. The camera cut backstage where Heyman was running and Lesnar wasn’t far behind. Heyman asked for the security guards to come out and stop Lesnar but he fought them off. Heyman eventually hopped into an SUV and it speeded out of the arena.
The segment ended with Brock Lesnar seething at the parking lot but he will get a shot at redemption on next week’s Smackdown. Following this week’s edition, WWE officially announced a segment for the March 18 edition where Lesnar and Reigns will collide. No details have been provided on what exactly will go down during that face-to-face segment featuring the two top champions in the WWE. But it will be the headliner of the upcoming night.
At the bygone live event from the Madison Square Garden, the main event of the show saw Brock Lesnar successfully defend his WWE Title against Austin Theory. It was after the match that he was attacked by The Bloodline. Reigns eventually used a steel chair and the steel ring steps to leave The Beast covered in blood.
