This week’s Smackdown aired from the Spectrum Center in Charlotte, North Carolina and it had a Brock Lesnar-Roman Reigns segment as the headliner. The two top superstars and current champions have been advertised to “collide” in the ring all over the week.
The Bloodline – WWE Universal Champion Roman Reigns, SmackDown Tag Team Champions The Usos, and Paul Heyman then came out to kick things off for the show. Reigns, who was sporting a new God Mode T-Shirt, went on to cut a promo by saying that he would see Brock Lesnar for the first time since smashing him at the Madison Square Garden live event and made him bleed.
Reigns said he’s going to make Brock Lesnar bleed again when he shows up but Paul Heyman informed him that there was some issue with the latter’s private jet and he won’t be able to make it to Smackdown. This pleased Reigns who went on to mention that The Beast is afraid of him and that’s the real reason why Brock isn’t coming on the show.
Wrestlemania 38: WWE Confirms Changes To Two Top Matches
The Tribal Chief continued boasting about how he’s in God Mode now, which is Greatness on a different level, and there’s no man who could touch him. Heyman then received an update on his phone about how Brock Lesnar is on his way to the arena. As soon as Reigns heard this news, he rushed to the back along with Heyman and Usos.
Brock Lesnar was in a foul mood on Smackdown
The Bloodline entered their black SUV but we suddenly heard the horn of a forklift in the distance as we saw a smiling WWE Champion Brock Lesnar drive the forks through the windows of the SUV. Lesnar trapped The Bloodline in the SUV with the forks and eventually tipped the SUV over on its die.

The Usos and Reigns escaped getting into a pick-up truck. Brock Lesnar ran over to the truck with the fork but somehow Reigns managed to speed away with it alongside The Usos and Heyman.
The WWE Champion then came to the ring with the ripped-off door of the SUV and warned Roman that he’s coming for blood at WrestleMania 38 in 2 weeks and there would be nowhere to run for the Head of the Table to end the segment.
