In the main event of Saturday’s WWE SummerSlam 2022 premium live event, Roman Reigns defeated Brock Lesnar in a Last Man Standing match to retain his Undisputed WWE Universal Championship. With this win, he continued with his historic title reign that touched the 700-day landmark.
The match received praises from a lot of fans and critics about how the new Head Of Creative Triple H has handled things. Brock Lesnar vs. Roman Reigns was a repetitive booking but some never-before-seen stunts were seen during the match. One of those spots was the ring being lifted from one side during a match with the help of a tractor.

Brock Lesnar thanked WWE audience after Summerslam 2022
Once the match was over, over 48,000 fans at Nissan Stadium got a rare glimpse of Brock Lesnar as he crawled back into the elevated ring from one side. He went walking to the turnbuckle, put on his cowboy hat, and did a hat tip to thank the fans in the audience. The footage revealed on social media also speculated that The Beast might be heading into the sunset of his career although nothing is confirmed.
At this stage, WWE hasn’t clarified whether Brock Lesnar is scheduled to compete in a match at next month’s Clash at the Castle premium live event from the United Kingdom. WWE generally gathers all their star powers for stadium shows, so we can certainly expect him to make his presence felt in Cardiff while Roman Reigns is already confirmed to defend his Undisputed WWE Universal Championship against Drew McIntyre.
Meanwhile, the clip of Brock Lesnar lifting the tractor in the Last Man Standing Match remains one of the top trending videos across WWE’s official YouTube and social media page. Besides the official footage released by the WWE, fans at the stadium have also shared videos through unique camera angles. Lesnar also has more SummerSlam main events than anyone else in WWE history after Saturday night.
