WWE News: Brock Lesnar Announced to Appear in an Episode of RAW
Dec 2, 2017 at 2:58 PM
Brock Lesnar’s WWE contract often does not allow him to appear during the offseasons of the company. He performed in the last dual brand PPV of 2017 in a Champion vs Champion match. AJ Styles was his opponent in a dream match for the fans. Being the reckless force in the WWE, he was able to pick up the win via a single F-5 on his opponent.
Going forward, it was expected that the reigning champion would be on a hiatus. The beast incarnate returned in time for the Royal Rumble PPV in the past few years to hype up the kick-off for the Road to Wrestlemania season. This year, too, it was expected that he would be back just in time when 2018 begins.
However, a recent announcement changed all of that, as it suggested that the return of Brock Lesnar got preponed. The Conqueror is now confirmed to appear in an upcoming episode of Monday Night Raw in December. Alongside him, his advocate, Paul Heyman is also confirmed to appear on the show.

The flagship program in the WWE will be hosted by the Dunkin Donuts Center in Providence, Rhode Island on December 18th. As per updates from the official Twitter handle of the venue, the show will be graced by the beast incarnate on that night. Due to selling the tickets, the venue has declared this big announcement, whereas, WWE is still to confirm it, yet.
Brock Lesnar is a rare name on WWE TV, and hence whenever his appearance gets booked, the audience remains curious about the biggest box office attraction of the company. It is going to be his first televised show following the Survivor Series PPV. With Royal Rumble coming up, we expect to get a hint about his next opponent at the first dual-brand PPV of 2018.
Finn Balor and John Cena are the two speculated names, as of now to become his opponent at Royal Rumble. On that night, the title held by the beast is expected to be on the line. The last time he defended it was at the No Mercy PPV against Braun Strowman which was the biggest challenge for the champion. But, he conquered his opponent just like that and became the longest reigning Universal Champion on WWE Raw.
