Back in 2007, Candice Michelle rose to prominence in her WWE career despite never having the traditional wrestling skills in her arsenal. Starting her career in the WWE as part of the WWE Diva Search contest in 2004, she was primarily used in eye candy roles. There was a time when she was inserted into a group known as Vince’s Devils along with Torrie Wilson and Ashley.
Also, Candice Michelle herself went on to have an on-screen romance angle with Mr. McMahon that produced quite the raunchy moments on WWE TV. Despite being considered a model, she proved her talent as a wrestler by defeating Melina to capture her first WWE Women’s Championship at Vengeance in 2007.
Some might have forgotten that feat but Candice Michelle posing and going around with her magic wand would be a scene that’s mostly remembered. Admittedly, she wanted it to be her version of Triple H’s sledgehammer because she was so fond of it. This prop and her in-ring gear were actually found during a visit to the stripper stores.

The magic wand became a big part of Candice Michelle’s TV representation
Discussing her appearance in wrestling with WrestlingNewsCo with Steve Fall, Candice Michelle discussed the magic wand prop that eventually became a big part of her presentation,
“I was traveling, and we would go to stripper stores, and at the stripper stores, we would find our gear. It’s just what we did back in the day. And so we’re in there, and it’s Halloween, and there’s this star wand for a costume. And I look at Torrie Wilson and Victoria and I’m like, ‘I’m gonna use this, and this is gonna be my new gimmick.'”

Candice Michelle also remembered another story regarding this wand as she met then-head women’s division booker, Fit Finlay after getting the prop. She wanted to use the wand the same way as Triple H’s which left Finlay in shock. The usage of the wand on TV became infamous years later, Finlay approached her backstage for one of her wands,
“Okay, maybe it’s not as cool as a sledgehammer, but they turned that flimsy wand into a steel wand, that really was like a weapon. That steel wand totally got over.” (quotes courtesy Wrestling INC)
The former WWE bombshell also added that WWE never sold the wand as merchandise but she recently released some of those on her own to spread those among her fanbase. Candice Michelle was released by the WWE in June 2009 and she made one final appearance during the Raw reunion episode in July 2019.
