She intended to hype the Friday night who with those photos with the hashtag Smackdown attached to it. The caption of those photos stated the following, “Who’s ready for #Smackdown?! Couldn’t decide which photo I liked, help me choose!!!”

She was present backstage on this week’s Smackdown in a yellow dress and you can check that out as given below.
Last week, Sonya Deville announced that Carmella was her first selection for the Women’s Money in the Bank Ladder Match from the Smackdown division. The Princess of Staten Island did not have to qualify for the match as she is already a two-time MITB ladder match winner which was enough to insert her into the fray.
Liv Morgan, who defeated Carmella, the prior week on SmackDown, interrupted that segment and made her case for a Money In the Bank spot. Deville told her to prove she deserves a spot by defeating Mella, which she did. Then Morgan again defeated returning Zelina Vega on this week’s Smackdown with Mella watching from the back. But it was still not enough to let Morgan enter the match.
