Since entering the WWE women’s division in 2012, Charlotte Flair was always destined to change the course of it. If her NXT run was any indication then it was only a matter of time for her to take things over on the main roster and that’s what exactly happened after the Women’s Revolution began in 2015.
The entry of Charlotte Flair, Becky Lynch, and Sasha Banks into the world of Raw and Smackdown, has been considered to be the game-changing moment in the history of the WWE as well as professional wrestling as the baton of the-then Divas division was instantly passed on to their hands. Down the road, these three ladies proved themselves to be the cornerstone figures of the WWE women’s locker room.

Obviously, Charlotte Flair is the greatest achiever among these three names. She’s a 14-time women’s world champion in the WWE who’s expected to break his father Ric Flair’s record of 16 world championships, some days. A multi-time PPV headliner, the 2020 Women’s Royal Rumble winner, the second-generation athlete is often helmed as the all-time greatest by many and Dr. Britt Baker is one of them.

Britt Baker names Charlotte Flair to be her dream opponent
While speaking on Mark Andrews on My Love Letter to Wrestling, the former AEW Women’s World Champion was asked about her dream opponent in the pro wrestling world. Baker started the list by mentioning her best friend and Impact Knockouts Champion Deonna Purrazzo. She then also included Charlotte Flair in the list which was also pretty much expected,
“I always say I would love to have a match with Charlotte Flair. I think she’s one of the best that’s ever done it. And people, no matter what you say about her, she’s always proving people wrong. And I think she, it’s very admirable. Her attitude, her poise is everything about her.”
Charlotte Flair has been a mainstay of WWE television for almost a decade now and given her strong status in the company, it’s hard to believe that she would be leaving this banner. Same is the case for Britt Baker when it comes to AEW as she’s considered to be one of the pillars of the company. Hence, she’s not leaving the AEW and it’s safe to say that we won’t see these two locking horns in a ring, anytime soon.
