Charlotte Flair remains the benchmark superstar that WWE’s female roster had to offer. She is a 14-time women’s world champion who one day wants to surpass the 16-world title won by her father. It’s a matter of time before WWE eventually also wants its daughter to be the one to break the accolade that seemed unbreakable at one point.

Being the top-most talent in the women’s division, Charlotte Flair has to move around with a chip on her shoulder. Even superstars outside the WWE want to square off against her and Tessa Blanchard is certainly one of those names.

The first-ever women’s World Champion in Impact Wrestling has been speculated to enter the WWE scene after Impact Wrestling released her from their contract after controversy exploded surrounding her at that time. The long-term effect continues as she still didn’t have a company to sign with. Reportedly, there have been some tough times in her personal life, as well but that hasn’t stopped Tessa from wanting a match with Charlotte Flair.

Tessa still wants to wrestle Charlotte Flair in a match

While speaking during a virtual signing with Captain’s Corner, Tessa made it clear that a match against The Queen of the WWE is still on her bucket list,

“People ask me this all the time. There are some people I would like to wrestle. Most of them are in different companies right now. Charlotte Flair versus Blanchard. There’s a lot of people on my list, a lot of talent that I’d love to have matches with.”

Tessa Blanchard was previously reported to be “nuclear” following several backstage abuse allegations. She began working with it in WOW Women of Wrestling but she had a huge fallout, there. As previously reported, she was thereby released by WOW Women of Wrestling. Since then, she has been making sporadic appearances in the independent scene.
