Zelina Vega had an unfortunate departure from WWE when it looked that she is on the verge of getting a push. Just after her removal from the managerial post of Angel Garza and Andrade, she looked forward to spreading her wings as a singles member of the roster on SmackDown, following the Draft 2020. Instead, she was let go from her WWE contract.
That release from WWE occurred over her dealings with third party websites despite the company putting a ban on those activities. Her departure got a ton of attention as she also advocated for a professional wrestling union to the benefit of superstars. There’s no significant activity on that movement was noted but Zelina Vega could now show up on another pro wrestling company’s television show.

Zelina Vega, now known as Thea Trinidad again is done with her WWE obligations. She will be free to sign elsewhere very soon as her 90-day non-compete clause with WWE will expire this week. While her husband is also looking forward to make an impactful return on SmackDown, she could do the same on another promotion but sadly not much interest is available for her, around the circuit.
According to Fightful Select, Zelina Vega was perhaps not contacted with interesting offers from any WWE rival brands, for now. “we have not heard of any companies specifically expressing interest in signing her,” stated the source. This obviously doesn’t mean that she will remain unsigned, but no company has moved forward with an approach to grab the bombshell.

She could be a great asset on TV if utilized properly and unless her outspoken persona becomes a bar. Zelina Vega also opened an OnlyFans account shortly after the company sent down the edict that WWE Superstars must leave Twitch and other third-party sites. In a series of “True or False” style questions on her Instagram, one fan asked Vega whether she is friends with Becky Lynch in real life. Vega revealed that Becky Lynch was one of the people who supported her after she was fired by WWE.
