WWE continues to stack things up for the Crown Jewel 2022 premium live event by adding two more title matches into it. In total, seven matches have now been confirmed for the show including a women’s division match that continues the tradition of WWE’s female talents performing in Saudi Arabia and thereby making history.
On this week’s episode of SmackDown, The Brawling Brutes (Butch and Ridge Holland) defeated The Bloodline (Sami Zayn and Solo Sikoa) after a miscommunication between Sami and Jey Uso. Butch rolled up Zayn to get the pinfall win and secure an Undisputed WWE Tag Team Title match against The Usos at Crown Jewel 2022.

Prior to this, The Brawling Brutes and The Usos met over the tag titles on the September 23 edition of Smackdown where Imperium intervened in order to cost the title match opportunity to The Brutes. Currently, The Usos are standing on the 467th day of their historic title reign.

Apart from the tag title match, WWE has also announced that Bianca Belair will defend her Raw Women’s Title against Bayley in a Last Woman Standing match at Crown Jewel 2022. With that, WWE will continue to present opportunities for women superstars to perform on the soil of Saudi Arabia.
Crown Jewel 2022 will also mark the first time that two female talents of the WWE collide in a match under a stipulation. Previously, Bayley pinned Belair in a six-woman tag team match at Clash at the Castle along with Damage CTRL’s IYO SKY and Dakota Kai. But she came up short at Extreme Rules in a ladder match against Belair in a one-on-one capacity.
