As reported earlier, Elimination Chamber 2022 is going to be the last premium live event before WrestleMania 38 which takes place in Saudi Arabia. Before heading into Raw, WWE made the following announcement regarding the Chamber match from the Raw division on Bobby Lashley defending the WWE Championship inside the Chamber structure:
“After conquering Brock Lesnar to reclaim the WWE Championship in an epic showdown at Royal Rumble, “The All Mighty” Bobby Lashley will now defend his title against five elite challengers inside the career-altering Elimination Chamber when the Premium Live Event emanates from the world’s largest pillarless superdome in Jeddah on Saturday, Feb.19.”

Then on Raw, the six-man Elimination Chamber 2022 match for the WWE Championship has been finalized. During the opening sequence of the show, Brock Lesnar appeared in his ring gear who was inserted into the match will be joining Lashley inside the Chamber via his rematch clause. This will also mark his first-ever appearance inside the Chamber structure.
Apart from the two Royal Rumble title match opponents, four more names have been confirmed for Elimination Chamber 2022 as the full lineup goes as follows, Lashley vs. Lesnar vs. Seth Rollins vs. Austin Theory vs. Riddle vs. AJ Styles.

Elimination Chamber 2022 match participants revealed on Raw
Seth Rollins announced his spot, for which he didn’t have to qualify due to his performance against WWE Universal Champion Roman Reigns at the Royal Rumble. In the qualifying matches, Theory defeated Kevin Owens to qualify, Riddle defeated RAW Tag Team Champion Otis to qualify, and in the last qualifier, AJ defeated Rey Mysterio to qualify.
Lesnar planned on facing Lashley on Raw, itself as he plans on taking the WWE Title to WrestleMania 38 to face Reigns in a Title vs. Title bout. But then he was booked for Elimination Chamber 2022, instead. Reigns vs. Lesnar in a title match will go down at Wrestlemania regardless of who wins the upcoming Chamber match.
There’s no update available on whether Elimination Chamber 2022 will contain a Women’s Chamber match. As of now, Raw Women’s Champion Becky Lynch has been booked to defend her title against WWE Hall of Famer Lita at the upcoming PPV. More updates regarding the PPV will be let known in due course.
