There have been some uncertainties over The Usos appearing at Elimination Chamber 2023 since they weren’t previously allowed to enter the host country of the WWE PLE. In changes circumstance, that ban could reportedly been lifted and they could be attending the show, this weekend.
Usos were barred from entering Canada
As seen on this Friday’s SmackDown episode, Jey Uso returned to team up with his brother Jimmy Uso to defeat Ricochet and Braun Strowman to retain the SmackDown Tag Team Championships. After the match in a backstage segment, Sami Zayn met Jey backstage and thanked Jey for not attacking him at Royal Rumble. He apparently had a way by which Jey could get off the ship sailed by Roman Reigns.

Then, during the ending moments of the show, Paul Heyman told Jimmy that he talked to Roman Reigns and he wanted The Usos to stay home and watch next Friday’s Elimination Chamber 2023 go-home episode of SmackDown, later this week.

After this segment, the initial belief was that WWE did this angle since they knew The Usos weren’t allowed to attend Saturday’s Elimination Chamber 2023 event in Canada. Jimmy Uso was strictly prohibited to Canada due to his previous DUI arrests.
In an update from Wrestling Observer Newsletter, it has been stated that Jimmy is now cleared to enter Canada and The Usos will be there for an appearance at Elimination Chamber 2023. Reports previously confirmed that The Usos vs. Kevin Owens and Sami Zayn for the Tag Team Titles is planned for WrestleMania 39. So, we can expect some kind of angle to go down start the build at the Chamber PLE.
