Rob Van Dam is not with the WWE and he’s not with Impact Wrestling anymore, as well. But he’s not just relaxing at home. He’s been busy with some outside projects and recently he shared a glimpse of the same through a strange photo. The new-look ended up confusing the fans a whole lot. Later it was revealed that it was just for a movie venture.
Recently, a little acting role has been secured by Rob Van Dam and some media content from that surfaced on the internet to draw attention from the fans. A still from the set of “A Pro Rasslin Movie” was shared that presented the former world champion in a whole new avatar. He was flaunting his hair and grown some beard for the flick.

Rob Van Dam Changes Look For New Movie Role
This is seemingly a pro-wrestling themed film, but Rob Van Dam isn’t playing the role of himself, here. But he has certainly enjoyed a lot while filming the scenes,
“I had a blast filming over the last few days. This movie is going to be funny AF‼️” he captioned an Instagram photo. Her girlfriend Katie Forbes was also a part of the shoot.

The image of Rob Van Dam from the set of this new film made the fans think whether he was dealing with some problems or not as he was captured in a rough shape. But he was getting fit into the part that he was given for the new movie role. Some were also worried about his health status but it’s being assured that there’s nothing to be worried about. He did have a great time on the sets.
On a related note, a new self-proclaimed company showed up last week on social media claiming that they were bringing back WCW. That Twitter account was shut down, but the people behind it have now mentioned how they have switched focus to ECW. They claim to have the legal permission to use the ECW name who are apparently “signing stars.” Rob Van Dam was among one of them.
One fan wanted to ask RVD whether he has been signed to the new ECW but it all seemed to be a hoax, only. “Hmm. Maybe I should take my phone off of do not disturb,” he replied. Rob Van Dam confirmed he didn’t hear about ECW coming back. He previously indicated to have some exciting projects going on with WWE but that isn’t the case, at least for now.
