Impact Wrestling had found a gem in their female division in the form of Deonna Purrazzo, almost three years ago. As the company is still trying hard to maintain a stable number when it comes to viewership, its efforts continue to lock down its talent for a longer time span. Apparently, the company has found success in retaining the former Knockouts Champion for some more time.
Deonna Purrazzo had experienced a lot of success since re-joining the Impact brand in 2020 following a dud run in WWE NXT, and perhaps she will be happy to stick around the company for the rest of 2023.

Impact Wrestling added more time to Deonna Purrazzo’s contract
Sean Sapp reported behind Fightful’s paywall that IMPACT Wrestling has recently exercised the one-year extension option on Deonna Purrazzo’s contract and hence it will run through the end of this year. It was also noted that the talent has not signed a new contract or deal with IMPACT but she will be here for some more months.

It was also added that the original contract of Deonna Purrazzo was initially scheduled to end in 2022, but certain terms of the deal had been altered in 2021, allowing the Impact promotion to extend the deal an extra year,
“Purrazzo’s deal is up at the end of 2023, and she becomes a free agent on January 1, 2024. During the process, we were asked by talent in multiple companies if she was a free agent, and is expected to get interest from companies upon that date. She’ll be 29 when she reaches free agency.”
Purrazzo had a solid run with Impact since 2020
We will have to wait and see what happens with Deonna Purrazzo on the Impact roster. The talented wrestler also possesses a ton of followers on social media due to the steamy content and it’s safe to say that her presence adds a lot to the plate of the Impact Knockouts Division.
Since joining Impact Wrestling in 2020, Deonna Purrazzo has been the female Knockouts star for that year for a good reason. She has been the top star of the Knockouts Division since her comeback by winning the Knockouts Championship twice, the Knockouts Tag Team Championship with Chelsea Green.
Plus, she even unified the ROH Women’s Championship and AAA Reina de Reinas Championship. During that dual title run, The Virtuosa also appeared on AEW TV for once where she lost the ROH title to Mercedes Martinez.
