What To Expect From This Week’s WWE Raw: December 4th, 2017 1

Unlike the Smackdown Live brand, WWE Raw will not do not have any PPV event by the end of this year. So, they will be exciting the storylines for the next dual brand PPV in line, Royal Rumble which is still a long way to go. To keep the compactness intact on the show, the flagship brand will like to bank upon two strong storylines featuring two monsters and the members of The Shield.

The three members of the Hounds of Justice will carry the show forward sans the Universal Champion. Tonight, there will be a big championship match over the WWE Raw tag team title when the show arrives in the City of Angels. We can certainly expect big things in this special city when the show comes on air from the Staples Center in Los Angeles, California.

Last week, Sheamus and Dean Ambrose were absent from WWE Raw for some personal reasons. They will be back, tonight to for the already confirmed tag team championship match. The Bar will defend their titles against two-thirds members of the Shield in the supposed main event on the night.

Since one of the members of the Shield is already having a title on his waist, we can expect to see Dean Ambrose and Seth Rollins regaining their titles, as well, tonight. The updates from WWE.com suggests the same, as well,

“With Roman Reigns now holding the Intercontinental Title, a victory for the brothers-in-arms would put championship gold around all three Hounds of Justice’s waists. Can The Lunatic Fringe and The Kingslayer conquer The Celtic Warrior and The Swiss Cyborg?”

The rumours of Woken Matt Hardy arriving on WWE Raw are on the social media for quite some time now. Apparently, his match against Bray Wyatt was just the beginning of a feud with Hardy transitioning to the weird character. So, tonight we might get to see the character on WWE TV that the pro-wrestling fans loved since day one.

Another exciting matchup is scheduled from the 205 Live roster to determine the next superstar to compete in the number one contender’s match. Rich Swann was the first one by winning a match. This week, another fatal-4-way match is scheduled among Cedric Alexander, Tony Nese, Drew Gulak and Mustafa.

After last week’s attack, Samoa Joe will be indulged in a rivalry against Roman Reigns over the Intercontinental Championship. This might be the main event rivalry, going forward on WWE Raw. Paige will continue to dominate the women’s division with the members of the Absolution by her side. She will have a match against Sasha Banks on WWE Raw, tonight. Also, the feud between Kane and Braun Strowman will continue.
