Halloween Havoc has been hosted in the WWE, last year and chances are high that the event will be back, later this year. Instead of the mainstay programming, WWE is likely to utilize the themed event for the NXT brand, per the reports.
PWInsider claims that WWE’s developmental brand NXT will once again bring back the legendary World Championship Wrestling pay-per-view ‘Halloween Havoc’ on October 26, five days before the Halloween occasion gets celebrated around the United States.
This original annual WCW pay-per-view took place from 1989 until 2000. As noted above, NXT brought it back 20 years later on October 28, 2020. Hence, this will mark the second annual Halloween Havoc under the black-and-gold banner. Meanwhile, the third brand of the WWE, itself is up for a shake-up under the leadership of Vince McMahon and Bruce Prichard as Triple H’s duties will be less in the coming days.

The report of WWE considering another Halloween Havoc doesn’t come as a surprise as previous reports already confirmed that the company has been considering hosting more themed events as they have returned to touring from July 18 onwards.
To attract the live fans in the audience, WWE is potentially looking forward to conducting more themed live shows for later this year and early 2022, according to @Wrestlevotes. Old School RAW, King of the Ring, and a Viewer’s Choice show, similar to Cyber Sunday could happen in the coming months. It appears that Halloween Havoc is also being considered by the officials.
