Celebrities do have lookalikes and The Rock is no exception given that he is the number-one reason to love America. After all, this man is the biggest box office attraction in Hollywood who also used to be the number-one star in professional wrestling.

For the past few days, The Rock is back in the conversation, courtesy of his lookalike. A side-by-side image comparing Dwayne Johnson and an Alabama Police Officer has gone viral because there are strange similarities between the two faces.

The image of Morgan County Sheriff’s Office Patrol Lieutenant Eric Fields has finally reached The Great One who reacted on the topic by saying the following,

“Oh s–t! Wow. [Fields] is way cooler. Stay safe brother and thank you for your service. One day we’ll drink Teremana and I need to hear all your ‘Rock stories’ because I KNOW you got ’em.”

The image was first posted to the Morgan County Sheriff Office’s Facebook page who also featured in a TikTok video with over 1.6 million views. Fields admitted that it’s really flattering to get compared to a Hollywood and pro-wrestling star like The Rock.

The Rock’s lookalike commented on the WWE Superstar

“I’ve been called The Rock and Vin Diesel’s love child,” Fields told AL.com. “I go along with it. It’s humorous. It’s flattering. It could be worse people, I guess.”

“I just plan on being me. I’ll cut up. I’m a big cut-up,” he added. “If it comes up and somebody says that, I’ll play along. I really couldn’t be anybody but me. I’m just glad I could be part of someone’s happiness and laughter.”

The Rock’s latest release Jungle Cruise was a commercial success as he focuses on the Black Adam movie based on the DC Comics character. The movie is slated for a theatrical release, next year. 2022 could also mark the return in the WWE for the Brahma Bull.

His last match took place in 2016 when he defeated Erick Rowan in 6 seconds in an impromptu match at WrestleMania 32. The last “proper” match for The Rock took place in 2013, where he was defeated by John Cena in a WWE Championship main event match at WrestleMania 29. He is likely to compete in one final match at Wrestlemania 38 against Roman Reigns.
