Bobby Lashley is a force to be reckoned with on the WWE Raw roster. There are very few protected characters on WWE TV and he’s one of those names. The former 2-time WWE Champion seems always hell-bent to earn respect from his co-stars by beating the hell out of them. This is why he has recently picked up some anger issues and as per consequence, he did something unethical, leading to his firing.
For the past few months, the incredible physical specimen on WWE Raw isn’t having a great time. After repeated failed attempts at capturing the United States Title, he simply snapped this past Monday night. Lashley squared off against Seth Rollins to determine the number one contender for Austin Theory’s United States Title in the main event of the show from the Fiserv Forum in Milwaukee, Wisconsin.
As much as it was hard to believe, Lashley ended up losing the match and he went ballistic on the officials to take out his frustration. First, he took out a referee and then shoved WWE Official Adam Pearce into the barricade. Obviously, action needed to be taken and he was instantly fired by Pearce. Afterward, WWE has also taken some action online after his on-screen firing.

Bobby Lashley was subsequently moved to the Alumni section of their website to show that the ongoing storyline on WWE Raw was true. Adam Pearce is the reason for everything that went down since his on-screen role as an authority figure is well-maintained. However, the firing also had some consequences for him and he finally took to Twitter to explain his actions.

In a video, he addressed firing the top WWE Raw Superstar and explained his actions. It was basically an apology to fans for his abusive words on the show. Plus, he also mentioned that Lashley wasn’t fired, really,
“I’d like to address to what happened last night to end Monday Night Raw between myself and Bobby Lashley.
First and foremost, despite what I said last night, Bobby Lashley is not fired. That said, Bobby has repeatedly crossed the line, last night physically accosting two referees and putting his hands on me, not to mention Spearing WWE official Pete Williams last week.
All of that behavior is unacceptable, all of it will be addressed and it will have repercussions. Despite that, I need to apologize to the WWE Universe for the way I conducted myself.”
It remains to be seen what the company has planned for Lashley on WWE Raw. Some fans believe that this is a setup for Lashley’s rubber match with Brock Lesnar as the two giants stand 1-1 at this point. This impending matchup could go down at Royal Rumble 2023, per the rumors.
