WWE announced the blockbuster main event before the final stop before Wrestlemania i.e. WWE Fastlane that will be hosted from Cleveland, Ohio’s Q Arena on February 21st. The triple threat main event between Dean Ambrose, Roman Reigns and the beast incarnate Brock Lesnar will absolutely turn out to be a show stealer of the night in the terms of quality and happenings but it will also have its share of huge surprises.

Now if you have noticed clearly then it should have caught in your eyes that Roman Reigns was once again was getting booed by the crowd at the Royal Rumble pay-per-view. That was the reason why he was taken out in between the match by League of Nations to take some legitimate time off. With the fans still not fully buying into Roman Reigns as the next flagbearer of the company, WWE has thought of a way to put over the two-time champion.

According to the reports coming from CagesideSeats, WWE Creative is planning to turn Dean Ambrose heel at the FastLane event to turn on his long time brother Roman and this will be for the sole purpose of befitting Reigns. There is already an anticipation to kick-start the heel phase for the Intercontinental champion.

The Wyatts attack on Brock Lesnar and the rest of the participants is inevitable and after the loss, the heel turn should happen where Ambrose could leave Reigns hanging or could vent his frustrations out on Reigns after losing the match.

Huge betrayal waiting for WWE Fastlane in the triple threat match 1

The main logic in doing this is to set the focus once again on Reigns and stop the cheering for Ambrose. But the confusion is this can hurt further Reigns’ development in near future.

As stated earlier, Reigns was booked to be one of the two final participants in the Royal Rumble match but it was due to the bad fan reaction that WWE decided to eliminate him earlier and got replaced by Ambrose. Will Ambrose’s heel turn benefit somehow for Reigns?
