As seen on Instagram, John Cena acknowledged MS Dhoni doing his iconic “You can’t see me” gesture during a match in the ongoing season in the Indian Premier League (IPL) that took place between Chennai Super Kings (CSK) and Mumbai Indians (MI) match.

The Cenation leader spotted that moment and responded by posting screenshots on his Instagram handle. For those who don’t know, this particular Insta account of the legendary WWE Superstar is infamous for bizarre yet significant posts. However, his time around, one legend was sending kudos to another legend from a different sport.
In a typical John Cena fashion, no caption was given on that Insta post but fans did know what the innovator of the iconic pose was willing to offer. It quickly sent MS Dhoni’s fans into a frenzy after they considered this acknowledgment coming from the 16-time world champion of the WWE. The former captain of India is dragging attention during IPL, as always as this could be the last season for one of the most prominent cricket players in the world.

Coming back to John Cena, There’s no certainty around his WWE career and we will have to wait and see when he might make a return to the WWE. His last match occurred at WrestleMania 39 and ended in a losing effort to Austin Theory over the United States Championship. The veteran could not win the US Title at the Show of Shows but his mission to make a superstar out of Theory was eventually successful.
Wrestlemania 39 also marked John Cena’s first full-length match at the Show of Shows since the 34th edition against The Undertaker. He was last seen in action against Bray Wyatt at Wrestlemania 36 in 2020 but that was a pre-taped cinematic bout.
