WWE Superstar John Cena is one of those very few names who boasts of having successful careers in professional wrestling as well as in Hollywood. Besides, he’s not just any other pro-wrestler but that only single identity who carried the WWE brand more than anyone in history. That being said, he remains a top attraction to the WWE Universe but his part-time stint with the company will continue given that his Hollywood endeavors aren’t stopping, anytime soon.
It appears that John Cena has just struck a deal with a major talent agency. According to Deadline, the Cenation Leader has signed with WME for representation in all areas. The news comes just a day after his long-time agent left ICM Partners to start his own management firm.

John Cena has been acting in movies since 2006
That being said, John Cena must be hoping for more projects in the pipeline in Hollywood while being away from WWE TV. He made his Hollywood debut in 2006 by starring in The Marine. This was the perfect launch for his acting career as he’d go on to feature in a number of WWE Studios, such as 12 Round and Legendary before venturing into his first non-WWE production, Nickelodeon’s film Fred: The Movie.
Last year, John Cena starred in a lead role in the box-office hit The Suicide Squad which led to HBO’s spinoff, The Peacemaker. This has subsequently been renewed for a second season that is currently in production. The former WWE Champion also recently signed on to star in the upcoming Warner Bros’ Looney Tunes animated film, Coyote vs. Acme.
Not to mention he also hosts and serves as an Executive Producer of the competition show Wipeout for Turner on TV. In the near future, he’s expected to reprise his The Fast and the Furious series, F9 role in the upcoming tenth installment, Fast X. As of this writing, there’s no concrete update on John Cena’s WWE return.
