John Cena has enjoyed a successful in-ring career as part of the WWE. He was the franchise player of the company who carried the load for more than 15 years before transitioning into a movie star. He is the lead character in the Peacemaker series on HBO Max who now has grabbed a supporting role in a new film on Peacock.
HBO recently renewed Peacemaker for a second season as the finale of season one broke the highest single-day viewership on the platform. It only indicates that the former WWE Champion will be busy with more filming processes in the upcoming months. But he’s not done in his role of being a WWE Superstar. This is the reason why chances of seeing him at Wrestlemania 39 in a match were always open.

John Cena talked to WWE about possible Wrestlemania plans
The source also stated that John Cena “discussed WrestleMania with Triple H, Stephanie McMahon, and Nick Khan” those are the higher-ups of the WWE in the absence of Vince McMahon. Nothing, in particular, was dictated about the plans and only time will tell if things can be worked well between the two parties.
That being said, John Cena also remains incredibly loyal to not just WWE, but Vince McMahon as well. There is no issue with the top superstar working for WWE even after Vince McMahon’s exit. RSN was additionally told that the Cenation Leader “made it clear he does not consider performing for WWE as being disloyal to Vince. From what Cena says, Vince encouraged Cena to help out any chance Cena has.”
Back in the day, Vince McMahon gave John Cena his big break, and he is still grateful for that. Many wondered if Vince McMahon’s sudden retirement from the WWE could be a blow to Super Cena’s WWE comeback since the previous boss had a strong connection with the 16-time World Champion. But that’s certainly not the case.
