International celebrity and Hollywood megastar Johnny Knoxville who recently featured in an excellent match against Sami Zayn at WrestleMania 38 recently talked about the mentioned match and also praised Sami for a lot of reasons.

Johnny Knoxville first featured on WWE when he announced that he would be participating in the Royal Rumble match which took place earlier this year. Before the event he got involved in a feud with Sami Zayn. During the Royal Rumble match the duo fought each other but ultimately he got eliminated by none other than Sami.

Johnny Knoxville Discusses His Match Against Sami Zayn At WrestleMania 38

The feud between the duo a continued even after the event. To make it more personal, Knoxville cost Sami his Intercontinental championship which he lost to Ricochet just before Wrestlemania 38. By the time a one on one match between the duo got booked for WrestleMania 38.

There was not enough expectations from this match but surprisingly it turned out to be one of the most entertaining matches of WrestleMania 38. Overall WrestleMania 38 was a great eveny event and it is definitely one of the best WrestleManias of all time. Being one of the most entertaining matches of this event is not a matter of joke.

Johnny Knoxville who recently featured in an excellent match against Sami Zayn at WrestleMania 38 recently spoke to WWE’s The Bump series where he talked about the mentioned match and also praised Sami for a lot of reasons. He said;

“That makes me so happy. It makes me so happy that I can help be responsible for the worst day of his life. Nothing makes me happier than that. God, just to have the guys there — Wee Man, [Chris] Pontius, [Jeff] Tremaine, Dark Shark and Jasper, it just made it very special.”

“Yeah, well luckily, it doesn’t take a lot to get in that head of his, but I think this one worked out really well. I don’t think I went too far, I think there’s still a long distance I can travel down that road. so I was just beginning to have my fun with Sami. It’s the gift that keep on giving. Some people, like Ehren McGhehey, are just so fun to prank. Sami Zayn definitely falls in that Ehren McGhehey category of someone who is fun to prank.”

“I don’t want to say anything nice about Sami Zayn, so I won’t. I still have — yeah, I don’t feel respect for the man, I just feel anger towards him and I think that’s OK. Some people just hit you that way. I tried to think of something good to say about Sami — he did take a lot of pain in that match … that he lost.”
