It’s safe to say that Kayla Braxton’s presence is one of the best things about WWE’s television shows when it comes to show hosts. Since Renee Young has departed the scene and opted to move to AEW, it’s the bubbly persona who has entertained the fans over the past few years with her charm as a host on Smackdown or pre-show panels or WWE’s The Bump on YouTube.

Kayla Braxton was certainly able to fill the shoes left by the former Canadian wrestling journalist to eventually become one of the important aspects of WWE’s weekly programming. Fans love to see her week in and out on FOX TV or on WWE Network Specials and they were concerned about her future in the company after the retirement rumor sparked in.

After hosting her final episode of WWE’s The Bump on YouTube on August 2, fans started wondering about the reasons behind her exit from the show. To address the speculations and reassure her fans, Kayla Braxton took to Twitter to inform everyone that she is not leaving WWE. She simply left the note with a one-liner,

“Don’t worry. I’m not leaving WWE.”

Kayla Braxton claims having growth while being associated with WWE

On the latest episode of The Bump, Kayla Braxton suddenly noted that this would be her final episode as the host. In the meantime, she will continue contributing to the show as a correspondent. In her message, she expressed her excitement about the growth and positive changes during her time with WWE. Absent from the host’s chair, she did assure presence on the show, each week.

“Being a WWE announcer for nearly seven years, there’s been a lot of growth and a lot of change, all for the good. So I’m really excited to tell you this will be my final day as the host of WWE’s The Bump. I’m not leaving the show,” Kayla Braxton clarified.

“I’m still gonna be doing some cool content that will be rolling into the show every single week. But in the meantime, I’m very pleased to tell you that Megan Morant will be filling my spot. We know she will do that in a phenomenal way. She’s already been on the show multiple times.” (quotes courtesy Ringside News)

It’s certain that Kayla Braxton will be missed despite the fact that an efficient Megan Morant will be in charge of handling things. On WWe’s part, there’s no reason dictated as to why the former host was relieved of her duties.
