Kayla Braxton has been the voice of the WWE in terms of hosting shows and interviews over the past seven years. Since her debut in the company in 2016, she gradually excelled in her role and became a familiar name in WWE programming. Her charming personality on PLE pre-show panel or the tidbits with Paul Heyman makes her one of the most popular figures on social media or mainstay WWE programming.

Also, since its inception in 2019, Kayla Braxton was utilized as the face of the WWE’s The Bump on YouTube. The show is literally unthinkable without her presence but that’s what the fans have to deal with from now on.

On the latest edition of The Bump, Braxton revealed that it was her final episode as the host of the show but she will continue contributing to the show as a correspondent. While she won’t be seen on the host chair anymore, she assured fans that she will still be part of The Bump, appearing from her home.

Kayla Braxton herself decided of leaving The Bump

The sudden departure did bring a lot of attention as fans questioned her status with the WWE. To address the issue, Kayla Braxton previously noted on Twitter that she’s staying with the company. An outlet tweaked the news with the caption of the show host being “bumped out” by the WWE. After noticing this, she clarifies the notion.

Via her Instagram story, Kayla Braxton made it clear that the decision of leaving The Bump as the host was entirely hers as it became impossible to visit the studio every week,

“Haha clever caption but I wasn’t kicked out. I made the decision to step down since I can’t be in the studio each week. And I thought it was time to give someone else the opportunity to host that show since I was fortunate to do it the last 4 years. Appreciate all the support.”

Kayla Braxton joined the WWE in 2016 and served as a ring announcer before heading into the chair for being The Bump’s host. In her absence, Megan Morant has been given that chair but it’s also safe to say that Bump has already missed tons of momentums. With the frontal figure leaving the show, we wonder how long the show will continue.
