After going through a growing process in the WWE for the past few years, Liv Morgan has finally managed to make it to the top. There have been many fans and critics who didn’t see her as a champion despite her improvements inside the squared circle. But then she forced those haters to reconsider their view by becoming a champion and that too pinning one of the most protected WWE superstars on TV.
Those days are long gone when we used to see Liv Morgan as a Riott Squad member. Now, we can call her a champion who has been the talk of the wrestling world since winning the women’s Money In The Bank ladder match and then successfully cashing in that championship match contract against the former champion Ronda Rousey.
Absence Of Two WWE Smackdown Superstars Helped Liv Morgan To Become Champion
As the days of success continue for her, Liv Morgan recently appeared on WWE’s The Bump on YouTube. During that appearance, she was joined by WWE Hall of Famer Lita who praised her for her recent accomplishments.
“I love seeing it,” the legendary female wrestler told Liv Morgan. “I loved when I didn’t think I could win the championship and did it, but it’s a new kind of joy to watch it pass down. I know you believe in yourself,” Lita continued, “but it’s different when it actually happens.”

Lita has been an inspiration for Liv Morgan
Moving on in the conversation, Liv Morgan admitted that Lita used to be her childhood hero. So, she was all flattered after getting the praise from the veteran. Besides, she was all smiles as Lita praised the way, her devote became the new champion,
“I was happy enough just you winning Money In The Bank,” Lita continued, “I was like ‘Hell yeah, way to go’ and then to cash in and get it, I was overjoyed. I’m so proud of you, and you deserve all your success. I can’t wait to see where you go from here.” (quotes courtesy Wrestling INC)
The title win at Money in the Bank 2022 marks Liv Morgan’s first title win in her entire WWE career since joining the company in 2014. It wasn’t an easy one for the New Jersey-native, as mentioned above. But she did prove everyone wrong and also managed to grow a tremendous fanbase behind her.
