Major change in Wrestlemania’s Andre the Giant Battle Royal
Mar 21, 2016 at 3:02 PM
WWE has included the Andre the giant memorial battle royal from Wrestlemania 30 and since the last two years, the prestigious battle royal has given us some memorable moments. This year’s battle royal will see some major changes than the last two year’s edition as WWE has made some major changes in the format and hopefully this week they are going to unveil it properly.
The Andre the giant battle royal mainly focuses on the sidelined bunch of superstars from the roster to give them a push to the post-Wrestlemania season. Whereas the battle royal generally features 30 superstars, this year only 20 superstars will compete in the match going against the norm. On both previous two occasions i.e. on Wrestlemania 30 and 31, we see thirty superstars battling it out for the trophy named after the eighth wonder of the world.
Only four superstars have included to the memorial battle royal match thus far this year. The social outcast members Heath Slater, Bo Dallas, Adam Rose and Curtis Axel have been confirmed their presence among those twenty superstars last week on Smackdown and WWE will probably admit officially tonight on Raw. The match would feature on the two hours Kickoff pre-show on the USA Network.
