Both Michelle McCool and The Undertaker are two of the most accomplished WWE Superstars of all time in their respective leagues. For those who don’t know, they are married to each other for more than a decade and they are great family persons. They also have a beautiful daughter named Kaia Faith Calaway. However, their family responsibilities don’t often keep them away from attending WWE shows.
The most recent such occurrence took place at the Royal Rumble event where Michelle McCool appeared to be one of the participants of the Women’s Royal Rumble match. On a rare occasion, The Undertaker was there to cheer for his wife and he did send out a heartfelt message for the performance delivered by the former Women’s Champion.

McCool was delighted to be in the Rumble
Michelle McCool was glad to be back in a WWE ring in front of her home state of Texas. She displayed a decent performance in the match lasting nearly 14 minutes in it. Delivering in-ring skills on an impromptu notice of an in-ring talent led to The Deadman sending out a heartfelt message on Twitter.
It was evident that he was being proud of his wife. Plus, he also sent a shoutout with his below comments on Twitter to music icon Hardy who did the intro for Royal Rumble 2023,
“Kudos to all involved in last night’s #RoyalRumble, it was a next-level show! So proud of @McCoolMichelleL, always great to see her get back in the ring! And it was a pleasure meeting @HardyMusic, he killed it with his performance of #SoldOut!”
Michelle McCool had a great career in the WWE
Michelle McCool was one of the top names from the WWE female roster back in the late 2000s and early 2010s. Mostly credited for her tag team partnership with Layla, together known as ‘Lay-Cool,’ she’s won the women’s championship on several occasions. In fact, she was the first WWE Divas Champion who also went on to unify the Divas and Women’s Championships, down the road.
However, the great career came to an unexpected halt after Michelle McCool announced retirement right after she and The Undertaker got married and decided to start a family. Ever since then, she continued to make sporadic appearances on WWE programming on bigger occasions like participating in the first-ever Women’s Royal Rumble, in Evolution Battle Royal.
For weeks leading to Royal Rumble 2023, Michelle McCool spoke up on Twitter about getting left out of the occasion. However, things changed as she jumped the barricade to become one of the participants in the rumble match. Now, she is looking forward to having the dream singles bout against Charlotte Flair.
