The final Men’s division Money in the Bank 2023 ladder match participant has been decided on this week’s Raw. Just a week after coming up short in a Word Heavyweight Title match against the champion Seth Rollins, Damian Priest seems to be back on track for the world championship hunt when he enters the opportunistic ladder match, waiting within three weeks from now.
As seen during this week’s episode of Raw, the sixth and final Money in the Bank 2023 qualifying matchup went down on the show where Damian Priest competed and defeated Matt Riddle via a clean pinfall win to secure his position in the upcoming ladder match. Priest requested his Judgment Day cohorts not to appear at ringside to help him and they didn’t bother to interrupt.

With Priest’s inclusion, the six names in the Men’s Money in the Bank 2023 ladder match are all set and the fray also includes LA Knight, Ricochet, Shinsuke Nakamura, Santos Escobar, and Butch. None of the confirmed six participants have prior experience to win such a ladder match. However, Ricochet and Nakamura have previously participated in the gimmick match.

The Money in the Bank ladder match traditionally had eight participants in the fray but it was then lessened to seven in the past few years. This year, the competition was cut short with six participants’ announcements. All the competitors in the lineup are also relatively new which probably teases of a fresh world champion from anyone of these names in the future.
The Women’s Money in the Bank 2023 ladder match will also consist of six names in the mix with five names already being confirmed in the form of Zelina Vega, Becky Lynch, Zoey Stark, Bayley, and IYO SKY. There will be a final match to determine the final member from the red brand which is yet to be announced.
