Trish Stratus is heading into Money in the Bank 2023 premium live event which will mark his third PLE appearance this year. For the first time, the self-proclaimed Greatest of All Time will be competing in a gimmick match in the WWE, that’s the women’s Money in the Bank ladder match to earn a contract for a future championship opportunity at any time and place, as per her choice.
Ironically, the win came via help from Becky Lynch, her current rival which is unbelievable. During this week’s Raw, the final Money in the Bank 2023 qualifier from the women’s division went down where Trish Stratus competed against Raquel Rodriguez of the Raw Women’s Division. Zoey Stark was there at ringside to help her mentor Trish in winning the match.

Becky Lynch helps Trish Stratus in winning MITB qualifier
As Zoey was constantly providing distractions, Becky Lynch eventually came out to neutralize her from the scene. As things went loose, Becky first put down Stark and then took a shot at Stratus, not realizing the outcome. This ultimately cost Rodriguez the match via disqualification as the referee announced that Trish had qualified for the Women’s Money in the Bank 2023 ladder match.

After the match, Lynch suggested that she doesn’t have any friends heading into the Money in the Bank 2023 ladder match as DAMAGE CTRL members IYO SKY, Bayley, Stark, and Stratus will be in the match. Hence, her achievement to win the MITB briefcase and “complete” her career may turn out to be incomplete, eventually. But Becky also promised to bring Stark and Stratus down with her at the upcoming match.
The above-mentioned five names are confirmed for the Women’s Money in the Bank 2023 ladder match. Zelina Vega from Smackdown is the remaining name who completes the six-woman fray for the opportunistic match.
