Moving on in the storyline, Trish Stratus was announced to face The Man at the Night of Champions 2023 premium live event in Saudi Arabia on May 27th. The match was also announced to be made official through an aftermath contract signing segment featuring the two. However, per the earlier reports, this is going to be a multi-match feud that should move beyond Night of Champions.

Trish Stratus to cost Becky Lynch Money in the Bank ladder match?
According to an update from Xero News, WWE Officials are now discussing the idea of putting Trish Stratus in the Women’s Money In The Bank 2023 Ladder Match on July 1st where Becky Lynch will also be a participant.
Even if Trish may not be used at the Money in the Bank PLE for the match, the plan is to make her appear to cost Becky the Women’s Money In The Bank Ladder Match, to continue their feud. By this move, it will be ensured that Trish Stratus vs. Becky Lynch, match no. 2 could go down at Summerslam where the rivalry is likely to culminate.

Becky Lynch eager to win 2023 Money in the Bank ladder match
Seeds of this upcoming plan around Money in the Bank have seemingly been planted as Becky Lynch recently stated in an interview that she hopes to win a MITB ladder match,
“I do want to win the Money In The Bank briefcase before it’s all said and done, and also wrestle Beth Phoenix. I’ve been trying to get her for years. She’s been dodging me. Every single Money In The Bank match I’ve been in, I’ve always been the second last person. We’re talking four Money In The Bank ladder matches, I’ve been the second last person.”
