After a lot of speculation, it appears that Undisputed WWE Universal Champion Roman Reigns will be part of the Night of Champions 2023 Premium Live Event in Saudi Arabia. Due to his current absence from WWE programming, there have been rumors of him missing a number of upcoming shows just like last year when he missed Hell in a Cell and Money in the Bank premium live events.

However, Roman Reigns is now being advertised on the official WWE page for Night of Champions 2023. Alongside the Undisputed WWE Universal Champion, the other champions, WWE Raw Women’s Champion Bianca Belair, WWE United States Champion Austin Theory, WWE Intercontinental Champion Gunther, and WWE SmackDown Women’s Champion Rhea Ripley are also being listed to appear on that night.

Night of the Champions 2023 is set for May 27 and will be held at the Jeddah Superdome in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. On that same night, Roman Reigns will complete 1000 days as the reigning Universal Champion which means that there should be a celebration to be thrown for him. In fact, this aspect could be the sole reason that WWE changed the earlier titled King & Queen of the Ring PLE.
No official matchup for Night of Champions 2023 has been revealed except for the fact that a new World Heavyweight Champion will be crowned during the event. Possibly, a tournament will be underway on Raw in due course that will culminate at the PLE. According to the latest betting odds, Seth Rollins is the favorite to win the returning title with Cody Rhodes being the second favorite.
As for Roman Reigns, Xero News previously updated that he could be facing AJ Styles at Night of Champions 2023 for the undisputed title. Soon, the rumor killer came from Ringside News, as they informed that any update regarding Reigns vs. Styles is “not even close to an accurate guess.”
