Nikki Bella is a bonafide WWE Hall of Famer who possesses a huge fanbase despite the fact that she hasn’t been a regular competitor for about seven years now. Boasting more than 10M followers on Instagram, there’s the Bella Army waiting to get her back on WWE TV in any capacity but that may not be happening, anytime soon.
Heading into 2023, wild rumors were that Nikki Bella alongside her sister Brie Bella could return to WWE programming for the Wrestlemania season. The Show of Shows retains the two-night tradition and it will also require the bigger star powers to make the occasion a success. However, that won’t be the case as one of the Bellas is yet to be 100% from the surgery.

Nikki Bella and her breast implantation are well-documented on WWE TV as well as on Total Divas/Total Bellas. She got breast implants in the past to get bigger, trying to be distinct from her younger sister.
Now, one of those implants, the left one was admittedly ruptured as revealed during an Instagram session, causing her to go MIA for a bit. The newer implants are “smaller fake b**bs”, as per her comments from the IG session in comparison to her previous implants.

Handling a toddler, her baby Matteo isn’t easy with a new implant and it’s for sure that she’s not coming back to action in WWE, anytime soon. Earlier this year during Royal Rumble 2022, The Bella Twins made a one-off return to compete in the Women’s Rumble match and that won’t be repeated, anytime soon.
However, Nikki Bella will be seen in the upcoming E reality series. She has been romantically involved with her Dancing with the Stars partner, Artem Chigvintsev since 2019. After seeing each other for three years, the WWE Superstar announced in 2020 that she was pregnant with her first child and subsequently gave birth in the summer.
The beautiful boy named Matteo Artemovich Chigvintsev on July 31, 2020, and the elder Bella finally decided to tie the knot on August 26th, 2022. It was a hush-hush wedding from Paris but it was entirely filmed to be aired as the latest E show set to air, next year. Fans will get an exclusive inside look at the couple’s wedding when the show named “Nikki Bella says I Do” premieres in January.
