AJ Styles
Since his arrival in 2016 to the WWE Universe, AJ Styles has been making nee records by his name and SummerSlam has been a showcase for him, all along the way. The Phenomenal One holds a 3-1 win-loss record at the biggest party of the summer. The record includes wins over John Cena (2016), Samoa Joe (2018), Ricochet (2019), and a disqualification loss against Kevin Owens (2017).
Triple H
The cerebral assassin of WWE holds an illustrious record when it comes to most of the historic PPVs and SummerSlam isn’t an exception. He’s been part of some of the most dangerous matches and came out as victorious. He has survived a Steel Cage Match with Mankind, outsmarted The Rock in a Ladder Match to win the Intercontinental Championship, and also walked out of the devastating Elimination Chamber with the World Heavyweight Title. He had even toppled Mr. McMahon & Shane McMahon on this show while being one of the strong contenders of being called Mr. SummerSlam. (Sources WWE)
