With SmackDown emanating from the United Kingdom, this week, the expectations are high from the show. WWE will want the fans of the European region to have a great time with a number of segments confirmed on the show.

Plus, there could be some big announcements for WWE Survivor Series which is almost two weeks away from now. The feeling is that a massive tag team match will be announced which could feature AJ Styles and Daniel Bryan.

Survivor Series latest update

Why Lesnar was added to Raw?

As seen on this week’s NXT, The OCs invaded the show. Wrestling Observer then noted that The OCs (AJ Styles, Luke Gallows, Karl Anderson) against a three-man version of The Undisputed Era (NXT Champion Adam Cole, NXT North American Champion Roderick Strong, NXT Tag Team Champions Kyle O’Reilly & Bobby Fish) could happen on TV, soon. Even the WWE United States Champion AJ Styles himself pitched the idea of doing the match at the November 24 WWE Survivor Series pay-per-view event.

How WWE Survivor Series will be built up?

However, wrestlingINC.com noted this match might not go down at WWE Survivor Series,

“The big OC vs. UE match could be moved to Survivor Series, but Styles is currently penciled-in for the non-title Triple Threat for secondary champions at the pay-per-view. The plan for that match was Styles vs. Strong vs. WWE Intercontinental Champion Shinsuke Nakamura, but word going around is that the final match would not be that exact match, indicating that either Styles or Nakamura would be dropping their title before the pay-per-view.”

At this point, the main roster plans for AJ Styles looks unclear due to the recent NXT involvement that he had. Before this, he was supposed to be the United States Champion heading into the ‘big-four’ PPV event which is not a sure-shot case, anymore.

That led to witness a non-title threat match featuring Daniel Bryan vs. Roderick Strong vs. AJ Styles. Bryan is involved in a program with Nakamura’s mouthpiece, Zayn whereas Styles may drop his US title before this match takes place.

There’s no update available on what WWE has planned next for The OC on NXT. But the group led by AJ Styles will certainly play a pivotal role heading into NXT. They have also teased to form a full-fledged Club featuring one of their old mates, Finn Balor.

They shared a moment together on NXT to give us a preview of things to come, perhaps. We hope to know more about this when SmackDown airs tonight just two weeks before Survivor Series.
