Just like any other year, the Raw after WrestleMania 39 is being predicted to be a night to remember for the WWE Universe. The night after the Show of Shows has always been considered the biggest Raw of the year which shakes up the landscape for good as the journey begins for a fresh season. This is one particular night where we can expect to see debuts and returns.
With Vince McMahon in charge, for the last couple of years, this particular episode was said to be dull. However, with Triple H in charge, we can genuinely expect Raw after WrestleMania 39 to be interesting and unpredictable. This year, the red brand show takes place on Monday, April 3, at the Crypto.com Arena in Los Angeles, California, the same venue where NXT Stand and Deliver as well as the Hall of Fame will go down.

Speaking to GiveMeSport, WrestleVotes has reported that the biggest surprises of the year will be kept for Raw after WrestleMania 39. Instead of bringing back Superstars, chances are high that some of the active roster members who are currently on hiatus could be comebacks,
“I would bet money that the majority of “surprises” are going to be within the storylines on the show, as opposed to debuts. They don’t want to go down that road. I don’t think that will happen.”

A former Intercontinental Champion is likely to return on Raw after WrestleMania 39
Like WrestleMania 39, the post-PLE show will also be subject to a lot of speculation as to whether NXT Superstars or wrestlers from any other promotion will show up or not. Highlights of such returns could be Maryse returning to TV to join her husband The Miz (2016), X-Pac joining DX (1998), Batista saving Triple H from Legacy (2009), or Brock Lesnar’s attack on John Cena (2012.)
Wrestle Votes further added that there is one particular person they suspect to be making their return to WWE on the April 3 episode of Raw after WrestleMania 39 and that’s Zack Ryder,
“You might get one debut. I think you might get Zack Ryder. I think you may get an NXT call-up, but I don’t think five, six or seven people are showing up because there’s just not reality. If you bring in 10 people to a roster that can’t even use everybody already, you have to look at what you are doing?”
After staying more than a decade with the WWE, Zack Ryder’s tenure with the company ended in 2020 as WWE released him as part of the mass release due to COVID-19-related budget cuts. But after Triple H took over the creative team in July 2022, several such Superstars found their way back and Zack Ryder (now Matt Cardona) is also being speculated to find his way back to the WWE during Raw after WrestleMania 39.
Cardona has previously teased returning in the Men’s Rumble match which seems pretty obvious since the former NWA World Heavyweight Champion’s wife, Chelsea Green works on the Raw brand.
