WWE premium live event spree will continue via the ten-year deal that the two parties possess. After a successful outing at Night of Champions in late May, the second annual event in the country is reportedly set for early November followed by Survivor Series to wrap things up for good in the currently scheduled WWE Networks Specials for this year.
It was recently officially announced in a press release that the final WWE premium live event of 2023 will be Survivor Series as it returns to the Allstate Arena in Chicago, Illinois, on Saturday, November 25. Additionally, WWE will hold a SmackDown episode at the same location the night before on November 24.
Survivor Series 2023: Official Update On Date And Location Of Final WWE PLE Of The Year
In a follow-up from Brandon Thurston of WrestleNomics, the next Saudi Arabia WWE premium live event is planned for Saturday, November 4th. Going by the early traditions, WWE would air a live episode of Smackdown the week before the event and tape another one on that same night to air before the night in Saudi Arabia. Hence, we can guess that the SmackDown taping for November 3rd would take place on October 27th.

In recent times, now WWE premium live event has been hosted in December and the tradition continues. If WWE doesn’t want to bring back the Day 1 PLE or the New Year’s Revolution in the calendar then Royal Rumble in January will be the next premium live event scheduled following Survivor Series while November will get to host two PLEs.
The contract with Saudi Arabia sports authority offers two annual WWE premium live events in a calendar year and the fans can expect another Wrestlemania-esque show in the fall of this year. In return, WWE will continue to receive substantial financial compensation. Traditionally, the second Saudi show is called Crown Jewel but that will be confirmed by the WWE on a later date.
