Roman Reigns is the top-most superstar in the WWE who has unleashed God-mode to isolate himself from the others. Without a doubt, he’s been on a roll as the Undisputed WWE Universal Champion that no one has possibly seen in the past. During his title reign, he has beaten every single opponent who dared to stand against him.

With every singles passing day, Roman Reigns is setting new records in the WWE and now he has also become the most-searched personality in April of this year. Brandon Thurston of Wrestlenomics took to Twitter and uploaded a chart on Google Trends, which showed that the reigning Undisputed WWE Universal Champion was the most searched wrestler of April.

Roman Reigns is the only name on the list to reach the ‘100 million searches’ mark, while the second name Brock Lesnar only has 63.6 million hits. With his return to in-ring competition, Stone Cold Steve Austin managed to have the third position on the list. The same goes for Cody Rhodes who returned to WWE at Wrestlemania 38 while Triple H stood at the 5th position after confirming his retirement from in-ring action.

NJPW is at 5%, IMPACT Wrestling is at 1.5%, and ROH, NWA & MLW all combine up to 1%. WWE owes a lot to Roman Reigns for holding the top position in this list with a record margin.

WWE is reportedly postponing a huge Roman Reigns vs. Drew McIntyre singles bout until after the upcoming WrestleMania Backlash Premium Live Event. Previously, this bout was rumored to go down at Backlash while a tag team title unification match featuring The Usos and Team RK-Bro was also scheduled.

However, now Roman Reigns and The Usos will wrestle McIntyre and RK-Bro in a Six-Man Tag Match in the potential main event. Reigns vs. McIntyre has been the headliner for a number of WWE live events, including WWE’s recent tour of Europe. However, their TV match is being put to hold for the time being.
