Roman Reigns is the franchise player of the WWE which entitles him more opportunities in comparison to the other roster members. But he has to work harder than anyone else in or outside the ring. As noted by the superstar himself, the company handpicked him to be the poster boy who had a gear-up process since childhood to secure the top spot of the company. He received training from the veteran Samoan family members how it feels like to run things in a global brand like WWE as the prime name present in the scene. So despite the initial backlashes, Roman Reigns was able to build his own empire.

His success witnessed a momentary halt as Leukemia forced him to quit wrestling. It was a life-threatening disease that could have taken away his career for good. But his indomitable life spirit put him back to the top position where he originally belongs. In a current interview, Roman Reigns admitted to retaining this position for years to come as he has no plan to leave full-time wrestling.

Some of the fans feared whether Roman Reigns will be able to continue wrestling stint like earlier before. But he assured the fans that there’s no way that he is leaving full-time wrestling in the WWE, anytime soon. In an interview with TMZ, the Big Dog reveals that he is getting offers from Hollywood but he plans to stick around with the WWE brand for five more years,

“I’m still in love with the ring, I’m still holding it down for RAW and SmackDown. It’s really neat to have many opportunities, but I still love doing my physical thing in the ring.”

“Well, I mean, I just gotta go based off my health and how I feel. I’m still a young man, I’m 34, I still have a few more years in me, of just being, I think I’m at the prime of my athletic career, so if I can handle it in the ring, I’m willing to do it. I think I can hold this schedule for at least 5 more years of being full-time, but eventually, it’s gonna have to be time to rest my body,” said Reigns. (courtesy WrestlingInc.com)

As of right now, WWE has not put Roman Reigns in the main-event scene since he has not recovered fully from Leukemia condition. His body still has some effects which do not allow him to go through the rigorous schedule that WWE usually provides. Seth Rollins has replaced for the time being as he prepares to go into the championship picture once 2019 enters this fall.
