Odds for both the men’s and women’s Royal Rumble 2023 matches have been released via BetOnline. These suggest that a returning Cody Rhodes could be the front-runner to outlast 29 other superstars on his way to the biggest event of the year. The Rock, Big E, Roman Reigns, and the reigning NXT Champion Bron Breakker capture the remaining top five spots.
From the women’s side, the 2019 edition winner Becky Lynch is the favorite to win Royal Rumble 2023 while Bayley is in second place. Rumors around Cody Rhodes winning Royal Rumble 2023 have been going on for the past few weeks since his recovery timeframe will conclude in either late 2022 or in early 2023. There have been speculations that WWE will make him Roman Reigns’ opponent for Wrestlemania 39 if The Rock isn’t available for the Show of Shows in Hollywood.
As for Royal Rumble 2023, a report from Fightful Select suggested that The Alamodome in San Antonio, Texas could be the host venue. However, that’s yet to be officially announced by the company.
