Former WWE star and a former two times WWE Divas champion Paige who is currently going by the name of Saraya in the AEW recently talked about the upcoming AEW All In in that is scheduled for Wembley and explained how it was giving WrestleMania 1 vibes.

Saraya made her professional wrestling debut in 2005 at the age of 13 only. She grew up in a wrestling family, her father is independent wrestling legend Ricky Knight and her mother is Sweet Saraya who is also an indie wrestling legend. Her brother Zac Zodiac is also quite famous on the Independent circuit. She went by the name of Britani Knight independent days.

Saraya Explains How AEW All In London Gives WrestleMania 1 Vibes

In 2011 she got her biggest call as she was signed by WWE and she started on the Florida Championship Wrestling which was the development territory of WWE. Soon she moved to the NXT as WWE changed their development territory. She became the inaugural NXT Women’s champion and in a very short amount of time she became quite successful.

In 2014 she made her main roster debut on the RAW after WrestleMania episode and she won the WWE Divas championship on her debut. She was one of the biggest names of WWE during her time and she had been a two times WWE Divas champion. WWE had big plans for him after the women’s revolution but it 2016 she picked up a career threatening injury which forced her to retire.

She appeared in some non wrestling roles after her in retirement. In 2022 she was declared fit to return to in ring action but in the month of June, she was released from her WWE contract. On September 2022, she made her AEW debut by her real name Saraya and surely she has a bright future lying ahead of herself in the AEW.

Paige who is currently going by the name of Saraya in the AEW recently spoke to Uproxx where she talked about the upcoming AEW All In in that is scheduled for Wembley and explained how it was giving WrestleMania 1 vibes. She said;

“I haven’t performed in the UK in years. And then to be on one of the biggest stages you can get over there, Wembley Stadium, it’s just a very wild opportunity. It does have that WrestleMania 1 vibe where this is something really special. I feel so fortunate that I get to be a part of history.

“I would love to face Jamie Hayter. That would be amazing, because she’s also from the UK — I’ve had the opportunity to be in a tag and triple threat, but not a singles match, and I would love that opportunity. Do we open that Forbidden Door? Mercedes Moné, I would love to face her there. That would be such a full circle moment. There’s so much opportunity there.”
