Seth Rollins has been drafted to Friday Night SmackDown opening up the possibilities of some fresh feuds. He was the number one draft pick of the brand extension draft in 2016 for Raw and since then he has been a workhorse on Monday nights. This could be a fresh start for him on Friday nights as the SmackDown savior.
One of the must-see rivalries for Seth Rollins could feature Matt Riddle against him. But apparently, he’s not interested to be a part of it. Rollins joined the WWE Watch Along for the 2020 Draft, where he was asked about a potential match against the former NXT Superstar, as the two wrestlers are now on the same brand.

But the former Universal Champion was clear-cut from his point of view while mentioning that he doesn’t want to be anywhere around Riddle,
“I’ve got no interest in facing Matt Riddle at any point in my career, so you know… he can go to RAW as far as I’m concerned.”
Since Seth Rollins is one of the top superstars of the current WWE roster, it’s certain that WWE creative team will listen to him and consider his preference.

It’s being noted on a few wrestling media outlets that there might be some real-life heat between the two wrestlers. The reason is yet to be confirmed, but a post from Riddle’s wife, Lisa, from last November could be pointing out something.
Lisa body-shamed the female wrestlers of WWE, specifically targeting Seth Rollins’ fiancee, Becky Lynch who’s currently pregnant. The post can be seen below,

Everybody has their own choices of how they look or dress and clearly, Lisa went beyond the limit in this case. Becky never reacted to those comments but body-shaming someone or a roster as a whole isn’t definitely cool. Perhaps, Seth Rollins paid attention to it and couldn’t disagree more. Only time will tell whether the rift between Rollins and Riddle will be solved, someday.
