Seth Rollins has found a way to create a Wrestlemania moment after Vince McMahon granted him a match, this Saturday. His opponent remains a mystery which in turn creates a plethora of speculations among the WWE Universe. In the meantime, he is also playing with the position by teasing quite a few names as his potential opponents at Wrestlemania 38.
As seen on Twitter, Seth Rollins posted GIFs of WWE Chairman Vince McMahon, injured Superstars Asuka and Bayley, WWE Hall of Famer Bill Goldberg alongside released AEW talent Marko Stunt and Elias.

This does mean that he was indicating all these names to be his opponents. Prior to this, the former Universal Champion also teased the likes of Veer, Shane McMahon, Mustafa Ali, John Cena, WWE Hall of Famer Rob Van Dam, and Scott Steiner as his potential opponents.
Meanwhile, WWE’s official Twitter account also asked fans to predict Seth Rollins’ Wrestlemania 38 opponent and fans did try to come up with some more options for the top superstar. For weeks now, it’s been reported that former AEW Superstar Cody Rhodes will be the mystery opponent to answer Rollins’ challenge. However, nothing is confirmed at this point.

Seth Rollins was granted a Wrestlemania match
Over on Raw, WWE Chairman Vince McMahon confirmed that Seth Rollins will get “his own main event” at Wrestlemania 38 via footage aired of a meeting between the two. Vinnie Mac suggested why The Messiah didn’t just approach him for a match rather than “jumping through so many hoops” during recent episodes of Raw.
McMahon also noted the following to Seth Rollins, “Your opponent would be someone of my choosing. And you’ll know your opponent when you’re in the ring and introduced.”
Since this announcement, Cody Rhodes’ return match against the top WWE Superstar has just been fueled up. Becky Lynch recently talked to IB Sports about the chants. Seth Rollins’ wife, Becky Lynch has an interesting take on the situation as she stated that the fans were just chanting his actual name. Becky said the fans have been yelling, “Colby!” instead of “Cody!”
“You’re thinking of his government name. Seth’s government name is Colby. I think because everybody feels like they know him so well, they’ve been chanting ‘Col-by, Col-by!’
