Former WWE Diva Summer Rae has again hinted to be back to professional wrestling and this time around she has an interesting choice as the tag team partner. Raw Legends Night gave a big start to 2021 where WWE apparently wanted to get some mainstream attention by name-dropping Cardi B via Hall of Famer Torrie Wilson. That became the most discussed topic on the internet.
To the delight of WWE, Cardi B had reacted to being name-dropped on WWE programming which in turn generated conversations with numerous names like Sasha Banks, Carmella, Trish Stratus, Lacey Evans, and more. Former WWE Diva Summer Rae was late to the party but she must have kept a decent proposal to the multi-platinum rapper in the USA.

Cardi B mentioned how she used to be a fan of WWE programming in the past when superstars like Trish Stratus or Edge was in the business. Many do believe that this is probably going to lead to her making some kind of appearance down the road, perhaps at WrestleMania. Now Summer Rae posted a tweet proposing that she should be her tag team partner.

This may just be a one-off comment, but the former Total Divas member has also previously mentioned how she wants to be back to professional wrestling. However, WWE doesn’t seem interested in her.
Real-name Danielle Louise Moinet, Summer Rae is mostly known for her professional wrestling stint while she is also a model, actress, ring announcer, and former American football player. She was a main cast member on the reality show, Total Divas, during the second and third seasons. Before joining WWE, she played with the Chicago Bliss of the Lingerie Football League.
On July 19 of 2016, Summer Rae was drafted to Raw as part of the returning brand extension draft. However, she never appeared on the red brand due to injuries. After she was sidelined for over a year, Rae was officially released from her WWE contract on October 29, 2017.
Since her WWE departure, Summer Rae made her independent circuit debut in a Battle Championship Wrestling event on May 25 at the Whitehorse Club Function & Convention Centre in Burwood East, Victoria, Australia. She faced NXT alumni Ivelisse (formerly Sofia Cortez) in a losing effort. Following that, the blonde-head Diva permanently turned into a model.
