Survivor Series 2021 teams for RAW and SmackDown were announced on social media, last Saturday night by the WWE. The full listings were revealed to be as follows,
* Seth Rollins, Finn Balor, Kevin Owens, Rey Mysterio, and Dominik Mysterio are members of Team RAW
* Drew McIntyre, Jeff Hardy, King Woods, Sami Zayn, and Baron Corbin (with Madcap Moss) are members of Team SmackDown
* Bianca Belair, WWE Women’s Tag Team Champion Rhea Ripley, Liv Morgan, Carmella, and Queen Zelina are members of Team RAW
* Sasha Banks, Shayna Baszler, Shotzi, Natalya, and Aliyah are members of Team SmackDown

It appears that Ricochet is unhappy with the Survivor Series 2021 team selection as the team members were selected without any qualifying matches. Soon after the teams were announced, the Smackdown star tweeted the following,

Ricochet used to be a top superstar during her NXT stint. Constantly being around the main event, he impressed the fans with his athleticism and thus got quickly called to the main roster. He would go on to win the United States Championship within just a few months but that eventually led to the downfall of his career, down the road.
He’s not been around any of the recent storylines in the WWE following his pick by the Smackdown brand during WWE Draft 2021 and hence he wasn’t considered for the team representing the blue brand.
King Woods is also not thrilled about Survivor Series 2021
Another Smackdown star, King Xavier Woods was also apparently not a fan of Survivor Series 2021 proceedings being about brand supremacy. In response to a tweet from WWE on FOX, Woods wondered what the winning team would be entitled except for receiving the bragging rights. He also seemingly agreed to several fans, who criticized WWE for the lack of build-up.

It was indeed surprising that Survivor Series 2021 teams have been selected without any proper qualifying matches. It was also odd that the company didn’t begin the builds for the PPV weeks ahead of the Crown Jewel event as they wanted to keep focusing on the fallouts of the Saudi show.
Survivor Series 2021 is scheduled to take place from the Barclays Center in Brooklyn, New York and it will reportedly conclude the WWE PPV outings for this year.
