WWE considers The Fiend to be the most special character, at this time on the main roster. He has competed only a handful of times on TV.
But even this short time span of his career was not able to save her from bad booking. In fact, he feels in a way that WWE officials may have been ruining his status despite the stronger persona he received.
Lacey Evans shares story from Crown Jewel
Hell In A Cell 2019 was a night for The Fiend which a lot of fans won’t forget. It was a night where the gimmick was almost vanquished due to the worst booking from the WWE around a Hell in a Cell match.
Stone Cold not returning to competition
The audience booed the match out of the building that also turned Seth Rollins into a heel for the fans in attendance. Even the then challenger for the title was not satisfied with the match.
According to the reports from The Dirty Sheets, Hell in a Cell was a horrible night for The Fiend. He talked backstage about the match and mentioned Hell In A Cell 2019 is the worst of his career in WWE.
He has an open issue with the officials since they could not really understand the true potential of his character. Here’s more on the matter from wwfoldschool.com,
“Despite winning the Universal Championship at Crown Jewel, Wyatt continues to be frustrated with the direction of his character on WWE programming, as he feels that WWE Officials don’t fully understand it.
Wyatt has worked very hard on his new character and is very vocal about his displeasure.”
These comments on the officials could have led The Fiend into the doghouse. However, he is special to the WWE, by all means. Hence, they should not take any steps against the new sensation.
Additionally, The Fiend Bray Wyatt is currently planned to main-event WrestleMania 36. But there’ll always be a doubt since the plans change every now and then in the WWE.
We hope that WWE won’t do the same mistake to The Fiend just like they ruined the leader of the Wyatt family member.
