It seems an unprecedented match in the WWE is in the making where Daniel Bryan could be seen in a match against The Rock. The entire situation was created through a social media altercation where the two former WWE Champions intended to face each other in a match. The challenge was laid down which was quickly accepted to set up the stage.
As seen on Twitter, Daniel Bryan took to his account earlier and commented that he always wanted to wrestle The Rock considering how many times his daughter has forced him to listen to the “You’re Welcome” song. This is from Disney’s “Moana” movie, which starred The Brahma Bull in a dubbing role.
Daniel Bryan wrote the following, “I would love to do a match with @TheRock based solely on how many times my daughter has made me listen to “You’re Welcome.” And then, of course, it’s stuck in my head and I sing it all day. [monkey see emoji].”

The Rock has responded to the tweet on a potential match between the two. He joked that he’s ready to lock horns with Daniel Bryan inside that ring. He also congratulated Bryan and his wife, WWE Hall of Famer Brie Bella as they’ve welcomed their new baby boy on August 1st.
“I can see the writing on this wall from miles away – I’ll be jobbing again in the spirit of being a girl dad [flower emoji] [laughing emoji] [muscle emoji],” The Rock wrote on Twitter. “Let’s do it. And congrats brother on the new arrival. We’re thrilled for you, Mama B and the fam [folding hands emoji] [heart emoji]”

For those who don’t remember, The Rock and Daniel Bryan previously had a segment on Monday Night RAW back in 2012. It was on the night of Raw 1000 episode where The People’s Champion returned to ruin Bryan’s scheduled wedding with AJ Lee. The victim went on a rant on weeks to follow hinting a feud but it never appeared to be a storyline.

At this point, The Rock is retired from the professional wrestling scene whereas Daniel Bryan is enjoying fatherhood, once more. So, technically there’s no chance to see these two competing in a match.
On a related note, Vince McMahon has also congratulated the Bella Twins for welcoming the two baby boys to the family, this past weekend. This is the second child for Daniel Bryan and Brie Bella whereas Nikki Bella and her fiancée Artem Chigvintsev have become a father for the second time.
